Here are a few interesting facts about me that might interest you:
I have marketed properties in Castle Pines Village exclusively since 1992, where I raised my family. Over the years, I have built an extensive and detailed database of each Castle Pines Village property unparalleled by any other real estate specialist in that area.
I am a fourth generation native of Denver, and a third generation graduate of the University of Colorado. I have been involved with the CU Buff Club, the CU Foundation, the CU Real Estate School and Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae. I currently reside in the Cherry Creek North community, only a mile from my childhood residence.
I have an in-depth knowledge of the Denver community as I have been involved with non-profit and community organizations for over 30 years. Some of the organizations and events I have chaired are: the Denver Ballet Guild's Le Bal de Ballet, the Central City Opera House Association Flower Girl presentation, the Central City Opera House L'Esprit de Noel Home Tour in Castle Pines Village, the Colorado Symphony, Warren Village and the Jr. League of Denver. Prior to becoming a Realtor® I taught school in the Denver Public Schools for twelve years. (I currently volunteer at Bromwell Elementary.)
In 2005, I was #2 in the Cherry Creek office and #6 for the entire Fuller Towne & Country Properties for Individual Sales Volume, a new personal best. Speaking of personal bests, I am also a proud sponsor for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing for my daughter Joy Fahrenkrog, currently a US National Team Archer.
